Starting basic starting salary is £25,000 plus uncapped commission, onsite gym, benefits and excellent ongoing training and career progression and an opportunity to travel.

What will you be doing as a Delegate Sales Associate
* You will learn how to apply sales techniques to convert leads into qualified registrations.
* Make outbound sales calls to build relationships with potential clients, generating interest, researching via various methods to create a pipeline to secure new business opportunities.
* Research and identify and start conversations with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
