An exciting opportunity for a Car Dealership Accountant within the Ashford area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.
Working within a well-established car dealership, the successful Car Dealership Accountant will be well versed in providing an exceptional accounting service.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £49,000 OTE
Basic salary of £45,000 plus performance bonuses

Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Assistant Accountant or Accountant within a dealership environment
Familiarity with CDK/Kerridge systems highly preferred
Strong understanding of dealership accounts and financial reporting
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work accurately under pressure
Knowledge of current financial regulations and best practices in automotive financeDuties:
Managing and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Vehicle Accounts Department
Producing accurate management accounts to group timescale
Financial reporting
