We are currently recruiting Daily Supply Teachers to support schools across Ashford. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of choosing when you work, while gaining experience across different schools, year groups and classroom environments.
No two days are the same! You could find yourself teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2, covering a planned absence, supporting a class teacher or stepping into a longer-term opportunity if the right role comes along.
The role:
Flexible daily supply work across Ashford Primary Schools
Choose the days you are available to work
Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
Following existing lesson plans and school expectations
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Working alongside school staff to support pupils' learning and development
Opportunity to experience a variety of different school environments
We are looking for:
Qualified Teachers with QTS
ECTs are welcome to apply
Previous Primary teaching experience
A confident and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
Reliability and professionalism
An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain oneThis role is ideal for teachers who live locally to Ashford and want the freedom to work around their own commitments, without the commitment of a full-time position.
