Sales & Marketing Delivery Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Contract)

Day Rate: £550 – £595 per day (Inside IR35)
Working Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformation programme within the Energy & Utilities sector.
This is a senior, business-facing role responsible for leading delivery across Sales and Marketing capabilities within Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring successful implementation from mobilisation through to hypercare. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners to ensure high-quality, value-driven outcomes aligned to strategic transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Marketing) programmes from initiation through to hypercare
* Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and governance frameworks
* Oversee solution design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption activities
* Lead Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe methodologies, including backlog prioritisation and ceremonies
