We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Birmingham. They are recruiting for a Cyber Security Support Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Installing and maintaining the firms IT Infrastructure
* Providing assistance and escalation to the IT Department
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of IS infrastructure
* Experience and exposure to Cyber Security
* Familiarity with networking concepts
* Excellent communications skills
* Proficiency with first and second-line user support
