REED Technology are currently recruiting for a Cyber Security Engineer for an established client in the engineering sector.
This is a hybrid role based in North Bristol. The salary is up to £63,000, with a substantial benefits package, including:

Opportunities to work on high-impact Defence projects across hybrid and on-prem environmentsThe team is looking for a proactive, self-starting individual with strong technical knowledge across on-prem and cloud environments, and ideally experience in areas such as:
Network security, IAM, SIEM, and threat detection
Compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
Security automation and scripting
Producing security artefacts and documentation
Experience in Operational Technology would be an added bonusDue to the nature of the work, upper level security clearance is required. To be eligible, you must:
Be a sole UK national (and if naturalised, have renounced any previous citizenship and been a UK citizen for at least 10 years)
Not have lived outside the UK for more than 6 months per year in the last 10 yearsClearance will be obtained once in post, so no prior clearance is necessary.
