A leading organisation in their manufacturing space are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join their team to manage the overall customer operations and sales progression processes including managing the team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Managing the customer service and sales progression teams
Developing staff and monitor performance
Liaising with senior management regarding improving processes and making the department more efficient
Monitor and set KPIs for staff
Work closely with other departments in the organisation to ensure the most effective processes are in place and customer are getting the best experience
Identify new business opportunities and liaising with the sales team on these
Essential Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in customer service positions
5+ years’ experience managing teams
An excellent communicator
Experience managing sales processes including quoting and order management
Hard-working and ambitious
Experience using CRM systems
Package:
Up to £60,000 basic salary
