Customer Support Coordinator Warrington up to £30,000 DOE.
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and SAP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and amend pricing offers within SAP
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries
* Process credit requests and SAP credits
* Support monthly team targets and task completion
* Respond to pricing queries from customers and internal teams
* Process and maintain customer account requests
* Maintain communication regarding customer accounts
* Complete customer pricing and product spreadsheets
* Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
* Manage monthly pricing renewals in SAP
* Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing updates
* Order products and maintain PO records
* Provide reports and pricing information to managers
* Request proof of delivery documents for customers
Experience/Skills required
* Previous experience in customer support, coordination, or administration
* SAP experience desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
