As a Customer Success Sales Advisor, you’ll sit at the heart of the customer journey. You’ll combine brilliant service with commercial awareness — helping customers get the most from their products while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a way that genuinely adds value.
You’ll build strong relationships, solve problems, and play a key role in driving growth and retention.
What you’ll be doing
* Ensuring customers have a seamless, positive experience
* Managing billing and account enquiries with confidence
* Guiding customers to success with tailored product solutions
* Handling customer calls and rotating through ticket-based enquiries
* Working as part of a commercially focused Customer Care team
* Contributing to sales targets and customer retention goals

* Experience in customer support, ideally phone-based
* Exposure to a commercial or sales-driven environment
