Description of the role:

Travel to customer sites across the UK
Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
Deliver hands-on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
Provide go-live day and post support
Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
Support customers in the first month post-installation with practical guidance

About you:

Very confident in face-to-face customer environments
Strong SaaS onboarding experience (can be trained)

Not management-focused - purely delivery-focused but self managed
Full UK driving licence (essential due to site travel)
