Customer Service Specialist - Main responsibilities:
Manage ticket process to support on time delivery of customer orders.
Liaise with stakeholders and communicate all relevant activities related to managed accounts; escalate as required.
To ensure that strategic orders & travel packs are processed, and orders acknowledged quickly.
To monitor strategic order progress & communicate to stakeholders.
To provide reports on strategic order progress.
Actively look for ways in which service to strategic accounts can be improved.
Customer Service Specialist – Candidate Requirements:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Customer Service Specialist – What’s on Offer:
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8am-2pm
Salary: up to £36k
Benefits: 10% Bonus, Health Plan, excellent pension contribution
