Our highly successful and forward-thinking client is looking to recruit and additional Customer Service Executive, based at their Head office in Crick.
The customer service team are multi-disciplined, customer-driven, delivering an excellent service.
Duties:
* Compiling quotes
* Checking stock availability
* Processing customer orders onto SAP
* Internal account management
* Working closely with the Sales Manager Supporting the external sales force
* Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
* All administration relating to the department/role
* Learn technical product knowledge
Person Specification:
* 3 years’ plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
* Ecommerce experience
* A knowledge of SAP would be advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided
Holidays are: 26 days plus bank holidays. None required to keep back for Christmas.
