Customer Services Advisor – Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £13.25 per hour + Generous End of Year Bonus (1st Year ote £30k+)
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days, Monday–Sunday on a rota)

We’re now seeking a Customer Services Advisor with strong communication and sales ability to join their centralised Sales & Customer Services team, based in their Nottingham Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Services Advisor...
As a key customer-facing member of the team, you will:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and storage enquiries with professionalism.
*
Provide accurate quotations and guide customers through the process and in selecting the right unit size and solution to meet their needs.
*
Complete Customer Agreements and process payments efficiently and securely.
*
Schedule and coordinate viewings for potential customers.
*
Maintain accurate CRM records and administrative documentation.
*
Follow-up on overdue payments and support the resolution of outstanding balances.
*
Support facility standards through light cleaning and maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment.
*
Provide hands-on assistance to customers when required, ensuring a positive experience.
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What We’re Looking For in oue Customer Services Advisor...
Essential Requirements:
*
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally telephone based (self-storage experience highly desirable).
*
Excellent customer services skills, with a strong desire to 'wow' the customer and always offer a truly world class service.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear spoken English.
*
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
*
Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
