The Role

As a Customer Service Tutor, you will deliver engaging, face-to-face sessions to unemployed learners working towards a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.

Key details:

* Duration: 8 weeks

* Schedule: 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday)

* Delivery: Face-to-face

What you’ll be doing:

* Delivering interactive and accessible Level 2 customer service training

* Supporting learners with varying levels of confidence and experience

* Creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment

* Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback

* Encouraging employability skills and workplace readiness

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a tutor who combines strong subject knowledge with empathy and enthusiasm for supporting adult learners.

You will have:

* Experience delivering Customer Service or employability-based training

* A teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)

* Experience working with unemployed or entry-level learners

* Strong communication and engagement skills

* A passion for helping individuals overcome barriers to employment
