The Role

As a Customer Service Tutor, you will deliver an intensive Level 2 programme to unemployed learners in a face-to-face classroom setting.

Key details:

* Duration: 4 weeks

* Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time)

* Delivery: Face-to-face

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering engaging and accessible Level 2 Customer Service training

* Supporting learners with varying abilities and confidence levels

* Creating an inclusive, motivating, and structured learning environment

* Monitoring learner progress and providing timely feedback

* Embedding employability skills and preparing learners for the workplace

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable tutor who is passionate about supporting adult learners into employment.

You will have:

* Experience delivering Customer Service or employability training

* A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, or equivalent)

* Experience working with unemployed or entry-level learners

* Strong classroom management and engagement skills

* A supportive, motivating, and learner-focused approach
