KT & Coe Recruit are seeking a motivated customer service professional to join a very stable customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
What you’ll do:
* Answer guests' questions via phone, email and chat.
* Process bookings and upsell extras for a stress-free holiday.
* Support park owners to ensure they receive the best possible service.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-oriented person who thrives on helping people and achieving results. What else do you need?
* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Customer service experience, ideally in a call centre.
* Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* A goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
