Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in sales and customer service?
We are looking for Customer Sales & Service Advisors to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art office in Motherwell. No previous product knowledge is required we are just looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
The Role
* Support customers across sales and customer service
* Handle calls, live chat and emails
* Help with quotes, purchases, renewals and policy queries
* Identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services
* Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
* Work towards KPIs and service targets
About You
* Confident and friendly communicator
* Customer-focused and empathetic
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Comfortable with both sales and service conversations
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Keen to learn and develop
* Previous insurance experience is not essential
