You'll be joining a modern, purpose built office environment, working within a specialist customer support centre that handles complex, high value queries linked to investment accounts, ISAs, and pensions.

💼 The Role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will:
* Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
* Understand customer needs and take full ownership of each interaction.
* Support customers with products such as Trading Accounts, Stocks & Shares ISAs, and pension products (SIPPs).
* Navigate multiple systems while managing complex product-related enquiries.
* Work in a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Build strong product knowledge that allows you to handle increasingly advanced customer queries.
