About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Working collaboratively with internal teams to support the customer journey
Identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction and processesKey Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft 365; knowledge of Sage is advantageousWhat We Offer
