Customer Service Executive required to join a fast paced environment on the outskirts of Newmarket.
£27,000 - £29,000 a year - depending on experience
Full-time, Permanent role
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm
Office based role
Must have operation coordination experience
Own transport is desirable

Main Responsibilities:

Managing workload and diaries
*
Generating invoices
*
Generating Quotes
*
Creating reports to monitor job pipeline
*
General office duties
Key Skills:

Very good written and spoken English
*
Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails efficiently and effectively
*
Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
*
Able to build relationships with others
*
Must have excellent team working skills
*
Excellent telephone skills
*
Able to communicate effectively with senior management
*
Excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly
