Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you like working as part of a busy team? If so then we’d love to hear from you. Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented customer service co-ordinator to lead day-to-day operations and support residential property portfolios.

Responsibilities will include:

* Handle customer service calls and enquiries efficiently across multiple channels.

* Work closely with Portfolio Managers to manage property portfolios in line with policies and budgets.

* Manage maintenance, insurance claims, and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

* Oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ensure all properties meet legal and compliance standards.

* Provide strategic support to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

* Ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous customer service experience required.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

* Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Preferably some experience in property management or another relevant field
