Location: Kettering, England (Office-based, Full-time)
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday

About the Role:
Our client is a rapidly growing supplier of high-quality products for the UK commercial construction sector. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual with a flexible and proactive approach to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

This role is central to delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring smooth after-sales operations, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction both internally and externally. You will manage customer interactions, order processing, and cross-departmental coordination to guarantee timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders accurately and efficiently, gathering all necessary customer information

* Monitor stock levels, allocate projects for delivery, and manage customer call-offs

* Liaise with Dispatch, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time

* Maintain exceptional customer communication through calls, emails, and correspondence

* Handle extra orders, spare parts, and urgent requests promptly to meet lead times

* Investigate queries or complaints thoroughly and ensure satisfactory resolution

* Maintain and improve internal customer service processes

* Complete weekly reporting on customer service KPIs

* Assist with additional tasks as required to support smooth business operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

* Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Positive, solution-focused approach to challenges

* Excellent telephone and written communication skills

* Professional, clear, and grammatically correct correspondence

* Able to work well under pressure

* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word

* Energetic, proactive, and committed to delivering best-practice customer service
