We are currently recruiting 3 Customer Service Associates to join a busy Corporate Hub environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of local government services, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of essential services including:

* Adult & Childrenโ€™s Social Care

* Council Housing & Repairs

* Highways & Transport

* Libraries & Heritage Services

* Registration & Community Services

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same โ€“ ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and making a real difference in the community.

๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment

* Provide accurate information and support across multiple services

* Log and process customer enquiries efficiently

* Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism

* Use internal systems and Microsoft Office to manage cases

๐Ÿ‘ค About You

Weโ€™re looking for candidates who:

โœ” Have contact centre / telephony experience (essential)
โœ” Are confident handling high call volumes
โœ” Have excellent communication and listening skills
โœ” Are IT literate (Microsoft Office / Windows)
โœ” Can work efficiently under pressure
โœ” Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service

๐Ÿข Location & Working Pattern

* ๐Ÿ“ Based in Lincoln City Centre (office-based role)

* ๐Ÿ•’ 37 hours per week

* โฐ Shifts between 08:00 โ€“ 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

* ๐Ÿšซ No weekends or bank holidays
