Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Customer Services Advisor to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this busy student accommodation in central Manchester.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our accommodation. From answering queries and supporting move-ins to arranging parcels post and deliveries!
Providing professional, friendly support to students, visitors, and contractors.
Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care.
Arranging post, deliveries and parcels to each and every student.
Helping organise events that bring the student community together.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in customer service or administration.
Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
This is a temporary role to start immediately
