Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service & Marketing Co-ordinator to support both customer service operations and marketing activity within a fast-paced sales environment. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital content, supporting events, and tracking performance, while also handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and overseeing deliveries. The ideal candidate will be organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities, with experience in marketing or customer service and strong communication skills. Language skills such as French or Spanish would be an advantage.
Duties
Marketing Support:
* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials (email newsletters, brochures, digital ads, social media content, etc.).
* Maintain and update the company website and social media channels to ensure accurate and engaging content.
* Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tracking.
* Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
* Help organize events, trade shows etc.
* Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
Customer Service
* Pro-actively respond to customer queries e.g., order status, order amendments, thereby ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Monitor customer accounts and/or order status on a regular basis, resolving problems with potential customer impact e.g., credit blocks, and delivery issues.
* Control the delivery process, preparing associated documentation for goods despatch, booking transportation and agreed lead times.
* Prioritise and process customer orders.
Qualifications
* Marketing Qualification preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or administrative coordination.
* Proficiency with marketing software
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
* Excellent team player, but with the ability to work on own initiative.
* High degree of work responsibility and autonomy to achieve deadlines.
