KPI have partnered with a long-standing business based near Irlam, who are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be…
Taking inbound calls and emails from clients regarding new and existing enquiries
Raising and sending quotations for new requirements
Processing orders, handling orders through to completion
Handling invoicing processes, resolving any invoice queries
Inputting and updating information within internal systems and databases
Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments and customer data
Handling complaints, ensuring service levels are maintained at all times
You will have…
A minimum of 12 months experience in a varied sales support / customer service position
B2B customer service experience required
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Reliable transportation to the office on a daily basis
IT literate and quick to learn new systems
