As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service & Marketing Associate to join our friendly Manchester-based team.
Role Overview:
This role combines customer service excellence with hands-on marketing support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries and orders, while also managing marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media content, and product promotions. Alongside this will be the back end management of our website.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner
* Process orders and update customer records accurately including taking payments
* Handle complaints or returns with a positive, solution-focused attitude
* Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams and carriers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues
* Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Marketing Support:
* Creating and sending regular email marketing campaigns
* Manage and update company website plus any social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
