Important Application Requirements:

As a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to passengers.
As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the airport operations and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. The purpose of this role is to provide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure a smooth and pleasant journey for passengers.
Main Duties:
* Be professional, polite, and courteous at all times.
* Provide assistance with passengers.
* Complete all necessary paperwork legibly and submit it promptly.
* Carry out any additional reasonable duties as assigned by operational management.
Essential Criteria:
* Ability to assist passengers in accordance with guidelines.
* Capacity to provide navigational support to passengers as required.
