The Role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent to provide temporary support within a busy Managed Service Centre. This is a fully office-based role where you'll deliver excellent customer service while providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
*
Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
*
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information.
*
Processing customer requests in line with company procedures.
*
Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
*
Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining excellent service standards.
*
Completing general administrative duties as required.
*
Working effectively as part of a busy customer service team.
Skills & Experience
*
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
*
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
*
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
*
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
*
Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
