📍 Full Time | Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers? We are looking for a Customer Service & Merchandising Representative to join a friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, ensuring displays are maintained to the highest standards while providing outstanding service and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandise and maintain displays across a designated network.
Replenish stock and remove out-of-date materials.
Ensure displays remain tidy, attractive, and professionally presented.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and site contacts.
Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service.
Take photographs of displays for customer reporting and feedback.
Prepare and maintain promotional display boards.
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support the wider team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Maintain accurate records and ensure company documentation is up to date.About You
Previous experience in customer service, merchandising, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
Confident using basic computer systems.
Reliable, professional, and customer focused.
Comfortable with regular lifting and physical activity.
Full clean UK driving licence is essential.✅ Monday-Friday working hours
