Path2 are delighted to be hiring customer service advisors for its client's home security company based in Newcastle.
 
Customer service advisor responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service within an inbound team
Dealing with customer complaints effectively
Answer customers’ queries
Assist customers regarding invoices and taking payments over the phone
Make outbound calls when needed to update customers on their needs.
Update information in our customers’ records
