Customer Service Advisor - Part Time
Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer services in the financial services industry.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines.
This is a part time role with flexible shift patterns allowed but you will need to be full time for the first 2 weeks due to training.

* Salary: £25,389 (Pro Rata of this amount)
* Hours: Mon - Sun - Shifts Between 7am - 11pm (Flexible Hours)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
* Handling inbound calls across a range of products
* Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions
* Owning queries from start to finish
* Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
* Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
* Providing information in line with FCA regulations
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
* A customer-first mindset and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
* Familiarity with Office
* Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
* Previous experience in a financially regulated environment desirable
