Customer Service Advisor - part time
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Repairs Customer Service Agent to join a busy and customer-focused repairs team within a local authority environment.
Role Details
Contract: Up to 12 months
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Working Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 09:00 – 14:15
Wednesday – Friday: 09:00 – 13:00
Start Date: Approximately 19th or 26th JanuaryTraining (IMPORTANT)
4 weeks of full-time training based in the office
No annual leave or time off is permitted during the training period
Candidates must be able to fully commit to the training scheduleWorking Pattern After Training
Hybrid working
2–3 days per week in the officeExperience & Skills
Previous experience working within a local authority or council is essential
Strong customer service background essential
Contact centre and/or repairs experience preferred but not mandatory
Ability to manage customer enquiries in a fast-paced environmentRequirements
Basic DBS check
Ideally experience using NEC/Northgate
