We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, reception, administration, retail, hospitality, sales, or call handling who wants to develop a long-term career.
You will be responsible for supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing excellent service, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth experience from registration through to placement.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (around 200 calls per day)

Speak with candidates, understand their requirements, and provide support
*
Complete candidate registrations and required paperwork
*
Update databases and maintain accurate records
*
Respond to candidate enquiries and provide regular updates
*
Book interviews and appointments
*
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process
