Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre

Dealing with customer requirements for vehicle repair

Dealing with calls, emails, enquiries and reception

Answering phone dealing with customer / work providers.

Processing new work / claims

Updating on progress of repairs.

Booking in new authorized work

Dealing with recovery’s

Requirements for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

You must have previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within the Automotive industry, be a strong team player with great communication and strong customer service skills.
