We're partnering with a leading engineering group at the forefront of industrial innovation and digital transformation, who are looking for a professional to join their busy Customer Service team.
Role Responsibilities
Owning the full customer journey - from onboarding through to order delivery and beyond
Acting as the go-to for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and confidently
Managing orders end-to-end, keeping everything on track and delays to a minimum
Partnering with sales to build tailored solutions, pricing and quotations
Handling escalations, returns and claims with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Keeping systems and CRM fully up to date with accurate customer and order data
Supporting procurement and supplier coordination to ensure smooth delivery
Driving customer engagement and increasing use of digital and e-commerce tools
Experience
Previous customer service experience essential
Experience with CRM and Erp
