Our client a leading IT Company are looking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear, friendly, and efficient support across phone, email, and ticketing systems. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll ensure issues are logged accurately, followed through, and resolved to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Responsibilities to include:

* Responding to customer enquiries, incidents, and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.

* Log, triage, and track tickets, ensuring accurate information and timely updates.

* Provide first line troubleshooting for common IT issues (password resets, connectivity, software queries).

* Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.

* Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the support process.

* Contribute to knowledge base articles and service documentation.

* Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.

As an ideal candidate you will have experience in a customer service and experience within a service desk environment could be beneficial.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly, good understanding of common IT systems, Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting together with the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
