We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Agent to join a busy and growing team in Leatherhead. This is a fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for residents and clients, providing support, coordinating appointments, and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound calls and responding to enquiries
* Booking appointments and coordinating engineers' schedules
* Updating client portals and internal systems
* Raising purchase orders and processing documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and customer information

Experience Required
* Previous experience in a contact centre, helpdesk, or office-based support role is essential
* Experience within repairs, maintenance, facilities management, or social housing would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
Working Pattern
* 37.5 hours per week
* Occasional weekend work
