We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy public sector contact centre on a temporary 12-week contract.
The Role
You’ll handle a wide range of customer enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face. This is a fast-paced, front-line role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Provide advice across services such as Council Tax, Benefits, and Social Services
* Handle complex or sensitive queries and complaints
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems
* Work both independently and as part of a team
* Process payments and follow financial procedures where required

* Proven experience in a busy customer service environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage sensitive or complex situations
