We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
* Managing queries via an internal ticketing system
* Accurately recording client data on internal systems
* Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments
* Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions
* Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* IT skills
* A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
