Brook Street is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, delivers outstanding customer service, and ideally has experience within a technical or repairs setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails

Book and schedule jobs for field engineers

Monitor engineer performance and follow up on outstanding tasks

Raise purchase orders, invoices, and generate reports

Manage diaries, compliance requirements, and CRM systems

Escalate issues appropriately and follow the complaints process

Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 7, £200 additional pay) and work one Saturday in seven

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (essential)

Minimum of 1 year's customer service experience

Experience handling high call volumes

Confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach

Experience with repairs planning, diary management, and customer communications

Working Hours

October - March: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

April - September: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
