We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced contact service environment, supporting a wide range of customer enquiries.
This is a fully on-site role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working in a customer-facing or contact centre environment.
The Role
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
* Provide accurate information and guidance across a range of services
* Resolve customer queries efficiently or escalate where required
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions using internal systems
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with KPIs and service standards
* Support customers in sensitive or complex situations with professionalism and empathy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Experience handling complaints or complex customer queries (desirable)
* Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
Working Pattern
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00am – 5:00pm / 9:00am – 4:30pm
* Flexibility available (e.g. 4-day week considered)
* Fully on-site
