Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Professional and positive attitude
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
