Zenith are working with our client who are looking to recruit multiple part time Customer Service Advisors to support customers when something goes wrong at home—from broken boilers to burst pipes—helping them get fast, reliable assistance when they need it most. We’re looking for self-motivated people who learn quickly, take ownership and are confident working in a busy call-centre environment.

Duties & responsibilities

* Take inbound and make outbound calls, with no cold calling.

* Log claims accurately and arrange engineer visits.

* Keep customers updated and help ensure repairs progress efficiently.

* Recognise when customers need additional support and respond with care.

* Work with colleagues, clients and engineers to deliver excellent customer service.

The Person we are looking for

* At least two years’ call-centre experience.

* A self-motivated approach and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

* A positive, helpful attitude and a willingness to take ownership.

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

* Confidence using computers and managing several tasks at once.

* Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Availability to work every Friday and Saturday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

* Commitment to attending and completing all mandatory training.

Working hours

This is a part-time role working two fixed days each week:

* Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm.

* Saturday: 8:00am–6:00pm.

Your first week will consist of essential training from Monday 16 November to Friday 20 November, from 9:30am to 4:30pm each day. Although this is a part-time position, you must be available for the full Monday-to-Friday training week. Your usual Friday-and-Saturday working pattern does not apply during this training week. Attendance for the full duration of every training day and completion of all training are requirements of the role. The training dates and hours are fixed and non-negotiable. We cannot accommodate holidays, routine appointments or other planned personal commitments during these sessions. Please apply only if you can commit to the full training programme. Failure to attend or complete mandatory training may result in your employment being terminated, subject to applicable statutory rights and any reasonable adjustments required by law. You’ll need to engage fully with the learning, ask questions and demonstrate that you can pick up new information and processes quickly.

Pay and benefits

* Starting pay from £12.71 per hour, with pay reviews after training.

* Weekly pay every Friday.

* Monthly performance-based bonus scheme.

* Company pension.

* Additional annual leave as your length of service increases.

* Free on-site parking.

* Casual dress.
