The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in delivering outstanding service within a busy, nationwide operation. As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between customers, planners, and internal teams — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
š¹ Accurately input and upload customer orders into the planning system
š¹ Act as the first point of contact via the customer helpline
š¹ Liaise with customers to agree suitable delivery dates and times
š¹ Update systems with safety-critical information and site details
š¹ Log, manage, and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines
š¹ Provide PODs and respond to delivery-related queries
š¹ Maintain accurate KPI and performance data
š¹ Support planners and controllers to ensure smooth daily operations
š¹ Carry out reconciliation duties and collate chargeable cost data
š¹ Provide holiday and sickness cover within the team
š¹ Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
ā Must Haves
ā Previous experience in a Customer Service Administrator or customer service role
ā Proven ability to work accurately under pressure
ā Strong organisational and communication skills
ā Confidence working with systems and logging detailed information
ā Professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach
ā Essential Skills & Experience
