ā° Hours: Daytime hours/shifts. Earliest start 6am, latest finish 6pm. Weekends are on a rota (4 in every 13 weeks)

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between customers, planners, and internal teams — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

šŸ”¹ Accurately input and upload customer orders into the planning system
šŸ”¹ Act as the first point of contact via the customer helpline
šŸ”¹ Liaise with customers to agree suitable delivery dates and times
šŸ”¹ Update systems with safety-critical information and site details
šŸ”¹ Log, manage, and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines
šŸ”¹ Provide PODs and respond to delivery-related queries
šŸ”¹ Maintain accurate KPI and performance data
šŸ”¹ Support planners and controllers to ensure smooth daily operations
šŸ”¹ Carry out reconciliation duties and collate chargeable cost data
šŸ”¹ Provide holiday and sickness cover within the team
šŸ”¹ Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

āœ… Previous experience in a Customer Service Administrator or customer service role
āœ… Proven ability to work accurately under pressure
āœ… Strong organisational and communication skills
āœ… Confidence working with systems and logging detailed information
āœ… Professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach
