Then this is the role for you! We are currently working with a Constructions Products business who is looking to bring a Customer Service Administrator into their team. This role is fast paced and will constantly be changing, if you are happy to be speaking with a small SME one moment then a large corporate entity the next this will be up your street.
So, what would you be doing?
- Speaking to various sites across the UK
- Booking external contractors and speaking with internal teams
- Updating records and internal systems
- Emailing customers & suppliers
- Dealing with complaints & issues
But what experience do you need?
- 1-2 years Administration or Customer Service experience
- You need to be happy taking calls and speaking with a range of customers
- Fully IT literate with experience using Microsoft Packages
