Main job duties will involve taking incoming calls from customers reporting vehicle defects and deploying out any queries to relavent department via CRM system.
We have currently 4 position available.
Duties:
• Extracting data from a Excel spread sheet
• Transferring calls and information to the correct contact
• Collecting information of queries
• General administration
To be considered for this role you MUST:
• Be good with IT
• Have high attention to detail
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Have good communication skills
• Be numerate & literate
