We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organised, and providing high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Processing orders, requests, and general administration accurately
* Updating internal systems and maintaining customer records
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin duties
* Ensuring customers receive a positive and helpful service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
