A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting part-time Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary - permanent position working 2 days a week (flexible on days) 8:00am - 4:30pm and paying £12.71 per hour.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate customer records
Receiving and processing orders where necessary
Updating customers regarding ordersSkills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
Previous office customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills
