We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be: -
Processing customer orders.
Receiving orders and booking on to the system.
Liaising with hauliers.
Producing relevant paperwork.
Updating trade agreements.
Invoicing.
Liaising with the production team.
Purchase order processing.
Purchase invoice authorisation for hauliers.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills: -
Must have worked within a similar role previously.
Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently.
Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary.
